Every user creates a verified profile before they can send messages or list a property. The process is done through our secure in-app flow and typically takes under 2 minutes.
Which cities does Flattie cover?
Flattie works worldwide. We are currently most active in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, and Chennai, and expanding to more cities every month. If your city isn't showing active listings yet, download the app and check — coverage grows constantly.

NoBroker and 99acres are listing portals — they aggregate listings but do not verify the people behind them. Flattie is a trust-first marketplace: every user has a verified profile, matching is mutual, and communication stays in-app until both sides are ready. How do I list my flat or spare room on Flattie?
Download the Flattie app, create your profile, and tap "List a Flat." You can add photos, set your rent and preferences, and specify what kind of flatmate you're looking for. Listings go live immediately after submission.
Is my personal data safe on Flattie?
